USAGE OF WORK:

ORDERS AND CUSTOM REQUIREMENTS:

• Once work has started, major changes may incur additional charges.

• Urgent or last-minute orders may be priced differently.

PAYMENTS:

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are non-refundable once the project work begins.
• Refunds (if any) are handled only in special cases, such as failure to deliver the project.

DELIVERY:

• Projects are delivered within the agreed time frame.
• Delays caused by late instructions, incomplete details, or changes requested by the client are not our responsibility.
• Delivery format (PDF, images, videos, physical shipment) will be confirmed at the time of order.

REVISIONS:

• Minor revisions requested within 24 hours of delivery are free.
• Major revisions or topic changes will be charged additionally.

QUALITY & ORIGINALITY:

• We ensure neat, presentable, and original work based on the instructions given.
• Plagiarism-free content is provided to the best of our ability where applicable.
• For handwritten or craft-based projects, design and style may vary slightly from samples shown.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:

• The client is responsible for:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Project Banwao is not responsible for:

• Grades or academic decisions

• Rejection of work based on school/college rules

• Losses due to client delays or non-cooperation

• Any indirect or consequential damages

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Orders can only be cancelled before work has started.
• Once confirmed and initiated, cancellation is not allowed.
